Data Retention Lifecycle
While you can request account deletion, strict labor and tax laws require us to retain specific employment records for audit purposes.
Account Deletion Requests
You can request deletion via your Profile settings. This request forwards to HR. While login access is revoked immediately, historical data enters a secure Legal Retention Period.
Permanent Deletion
Data is archived and securely destroyed only after the mandatory legal retention period (e.g., 3-10 years) expires.
Data Security
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access. Transmissions are encrypted, though no internet method is 100% secure.
Third-Party Services
We use trusted services (like map providers for location verification) to provide app functionality. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
